One pipeline from lead to invoice

Aster Legal’s client journey touched five systems — a web form, an inbox, a practice management tool, a document platform, and accounting software. Every handoff between them was a person retyping fields, and every retype was a chance to introduce an error into a legal matter.

We built a single pipeline that carries each enquiry from first contact to paid invoice. Intake forms create matters automatically, engagement letters are generated and sent for signature, time entries flow into invoice drafts, and payment status syncs back without anyone touching a keyboard. A document-intelligence step parses signed agreements and files them against the right matter.

The firm now saves a measured 31 hours per week, and manual data entries between systems have dropped to zero. Partners describe the change simply: the admin layer of the practice runs itself, and the team bills the hours it used to spend re-keying.
